• Decide your Next Action: Jot down the initial step toward a desired outcome, for example, note "search flight to Paris" under the list "computer".
• Switch contexts quickly by entering initials: Use "c" for "computer".
• Choose your next task.

STANDARD FEATURES

• Mark a Next Action as completed by tapping it in the list.
• Next Actions are shuffled to prevent neglect of older items. You can disable shuffling in the list screen settings.
• Jump between lists by typing "o" and selecting "office" to switch to the office next-actions list.
• Completed Next Actions disappear the following day.
• Utilize the INBOX to capture ideas on-the-go and decide on the Next Action later.
• Access links, edit, or delete Next Actions via long-press.
• Use Siri Shortcuts to swiftly navigate to a list.
• To add an item to multiple lists, finish a Next Action with "."

HOW DONEXT FITS IN YOUR EXISTING WORKFLOW

• Ensure every Next Action in your to-do list is actionable by you immediately.
• Select the appropriate context for your Next Actions: location (@home), situation (@team-meeting), or person needed.
• Plan complex Projects separately in another app and add to-dos to DoNext as they become Next Actions.
• Schedule time-specific tasks with deadlines in your calendar; use DoNext for all ASAP tasks.

Maintain a relevant task management system by keeping only Next Actions in DoNext. Utilize other apps for notes, due dates, project planning, and more.
